Founded in 1988, division in 1993 and re-established in 1996
In 1988, Mr. HanAiGuo and his two good friends started their career from hard working (pull themselves up by their own bootlace), and up built the factory by joint venture. Their six-year painstaking strive made the factory the largest pen manufacturer in WENZHOU city. The " ChangSheng "Brand pens were famous all over China for its fair quality.

　　In 1993, the three initiators realized that there would be no development without competition. Therefore, after mutual negotiation, they determined to divide the common assets and establish branch 1, 2 and 3 factories respectively. Mr. Han Aiguo owns branch 3: Changsheng Pen Factory. Lead by Mr. Han Aiguo, No. 3 Changsheng Pen Making factory has been developing new products consistently. Abiding by the motto of STRESS ON CONTRACT, INTEGRITY AND QUALITY, the factory rapidly cast sales channels in the domestic and overseas markets and won overwhelming praises from the users and customers. The expansion of customers has attracted more and more customers.

　　However, Mr. Han Aiguo isn't content with this little success. In 1996, he was well aware that if an enterprise wants further development, stands undefeated forever and make some result, it must has its own brand. In order to set up fair brand in the domestic and overseas markets, Mr. Han Aiguo put a blueprint into practice, which he has kept in mind for a long time. Thus, he has started a bold and prospective innovation: reorganized No. 3 Changsheng Factory and established Wenzhou Tianjiao Pens Co., Ltd. First, according to the practical conditions of the factory, he steadily began the improvement over each section, including the company's constitution, rules and regulations, enterprise culture, company plan, production, marketing, personnel administration and the staff's living. Quality is essence to the enterprise, while the renewal of equipment is key to the improvement of quality. In order to make quality products, the molding, plastic injection, printing workshops and so on have been completed with the most advanced facilities in China and new equipment from abroad. Thus, a modern enterprise containing molding, design, production, assembling and marketing has taken shape. The company now owns the production line with daily output of 200 thousand pens and over 280 staff members. Among those staff, over 80 are technical workers and administrative staff.

　　To make its brand outstanding among numerous brands, hard work is surely devoted. Mr. Han Aiguo just continued and succeeded his initiating spirit in the primitive period. With three years' unremitting efforts, eventually, Tianjiao marched to the international market and became a name brand. In 1999, the total output reached 30 million Yuan, in which the export earnings are 10 million Yuan. The company was granted Advanced Enterprise of Export Earnings and Newly Celebrated Enterprise. It was also awarded as AAA Credit Enterprise for two consecutive years. The products are exported to America, India, Turkey, South Korea, Switzerland and Russia, etc.

　　With further development of market economy and the approach of our country's joining the WTO, it has become a new concept as to how to promote one's products in the international market, gear to the world, enter the world competition and steadily extend export. When America and China fell into the agreement of entering WTO, Mr. Han Aiguo paid more and more attention to the world affairs just intending to better develop domestic and foreign markets. At the beginning of this year, the export right was applied and granted to the factory, which facilitated our company to stride forward to the world and turned the key to the world door. Till May, the export turnover of our company had exceeded 500 thousand US dollars. At present, demand outweighs supply because of more and more orders. Hence, Mr. Han Aiguo thought of the idea of expanding the enterprise: the construction of new plant with initial investment of 50 million Yuan has begun. The total area will be 35000 sqm. Now 45% of the total construction has been completed. Hopefully, by the end of this year, our company will become the largest pen manufacturer in Wenzhou.
