Tianjiao Pen Industrial Co. Ltd. is one of the first
of key export-oriented enterprises in Wenzhou. It is an
autonomous export corporation, and the first pen-making
enterprise in Wenzhou that passed the International Standard
ISO 9000 quality system. "Tianjiao" writing
pen is a brand product in Wenzhou and is a quality-certified
product. For five successive years, it has won and maintained
an AAA credit grade. Since its establishment in 1987,
the corporation has quickly expanded with 24,000 square
meters of modernized production buildings and 5,000 square
meters of residential buildings.
At present, Tianjiao has more than 1500 existing workers
and staffs, with more than 240 professional and technical
personnel among them.
The chief products include various models and types
of mechanical pencils, ball point pens, fluorescent pens,
roller pens, gel ink pens and other stationery. Its annual
production amounts to 300,000,000 pens of various kinds.
Tianjiao has more than 400 machines, including the newest
computerized high-precision plastic injection machines,
which can control injection parameters and guarantee product
parts quality. The sets of domestically advanced high
precision mould-making equipment and a group of specialized
dye designing and manufacturing technical force, being
specially responsible for product designing, mould making
and developing new products for company, do OEM for customers
and contracting to design products. Tianjiao takes care
of special demand.
With China's entry into the World Trade Organization
(WTO), Tianjiao will pay more attention to the rules and
the regulations in order to win more customers both at
home and abroad.
