　　In its effort to market a product as quickly as possible, the corporation has made extensive contacts with a number of domestic science and research institutes and has adopted vigorous measures to introduce professional technicians in the design and making of mould and pen products, in related machinery and in electro-processing. By making use of advanced network channels, advanced technical data of foreign pen-making businesses have been collected, analyzed and studied in detail, so as to absorb advanced technology and adapt foreign things for Chinese use. On their visits abroad, the heads of the corporation took the chance to invite foreign experts to give technical lectures to its technical staff, and invited a number of experts to give skill-training courses to operators of advanced machine tools. The combination of all the above measures has improved the general mould design level of personnel, standardized the operation of advanced machine tools, thus providing adequate human resources for the improvement of mould design and shortening the exploitation period of new products.

　　At present, among the more than 1200 personnel of the corporation, over 100 are technicians, management personnel and technical staff.
